Greetings from Lake Forest Park!

I have three beautiful laying hens I bought as juveniles a little over a year ago. Two Barred Rock and one Cinnamon. I started out with four, but I lost my other Cinnamon to one of my dogs sadly. Of course Sunshine was my favorite at the time, but I used my sadness to power myself as a more devoted chicken owner. I set to work predator proofing my coop even more, and made sure there are no ways for my 3 remaining hens to escape. When I'm not in the coop, I enjoy various activities outside, such as bird-watching and yard work. I intend to use this community as an outlet for any further questions/concerns that come up, and talk to my fellow chicken-loving friends.
