Hello everyone, I'm Susie a stay at home mother of two boys (ages 3 and 4) and new mother to seven little hens!! I've got to admit that my husband had to convince me to get chickens, but I'm really glad he did. We currently have 3 Barred Rocks and 2 Rhode Island Reds that are about 3 1/2 weeks old and 2 Buff Orpingtons that are 1 week old today. My boys and I are having so much fun learning about these funny girls and I look forward to learning from everyone at BYC!!
