In the Brooder
Good Morning!
This is a new adventure. In the spring I got five Plymouth Rock chicks. Sadly, we lost one early. We live in town and I joke about being a farmer. I may have missed my calling.
I would never have launched into this on my own, but we have some sweet neighbors, a young couple, who each grew up in Africa as missionary kids. As they are renting, they could not have chickens. We have teamed up and it has been delightful!
Our sweet 3 year old granddaughter gets so excited to see the chickens! This brings me great joy!
We have taught our eight children at home, with two high school young men yet to finish. Four of our eight grandchildren are even local!
BYC has been a great resource. It is time to get connected!
Thank you all!
