I am not familiar with raising ducklings. I think they need a lot of water to keep their nostrils clean and this will really destroy up the brooder for the chicks. I would post this question in the duck section here on BYC for an answer to this question....

There is also a nice BYC article on brooding them together. https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/to-brood-or-not-to-brood-baby-ducks-and-chicks-together The few times I have had both at the same time, I brooded them separately mostly because of the water issue, and ducks tend to grow bigger/stronger faster than chicks, though it would depend on the breeds you have.

So yes you can mix in the brooder
