Hi friends! I am Sabrina from MA. Brand new to this chicken business but loving it so far! Couple bumps along the way but my girls are growing quickly and I can't wait for eggs! We just got them in the spring and have been reading up on them mostly on here for weeks but just finally joined. Mom to two human kids, one mutt, two cats, some little lizards, geckos, bearded dragon, snake, 2 bunnies, and down to 7 chickens. 5 beautiful while leghorns and 2 wyandotte black and gold laced. Just lost my 2 silver laced yesterday

Hello Sabrinad710. Welcome to BYC! There is tons of info here and very good people to help you on your journey as a new chicken owner.

I don't know how much reading/research you've already done, but if you want to get the most out of BYC, I suggest you do the following:

• Spend some time in the Learning Center
• When you have specific questions, most of the time a quick search will come up with the answers.
• If you don't find anything useful that way, post your question in an appropriate sub-forum. People here are very helpful and will answer your question even it has been asked 100 times before.
