Good evening fellow chicken enthusiasts. Recently I have become the proud owner of a little family of chickens.Apart from having a brief encounter with our feathered friends as a child, Im new to all things chicken. I came across this forum while researching their care and upkeep.
I have three red hens, Red, Angry Red and Maureen ( unsure of what breed they are) and five little chicks, Mavis, Stuart, Cheryl, Beryl and Ornella. We live in a semi rural town between the hills and the ocean in beautiful South Australia. So now we have chickens to add to our collection of kids, cats, dogs and horses.
