So one of my pullets has a grey like patch over the corner of her eye. I don't know what it is, but I'm worried. She's become a little aggressive with my other pullet and even the younger chicks and I am concerned. What should I do/ do any of you know what this is?

You may be seeing the nictitating membrane or third eyelid. It serves to protect the eye and lubricate it, especially during dust baths. If she is showing aggression, you can take her out of the group for a few days to see if it lowers her pecking order. When younger chickens are introduced, it becomes their job to show the younger ones to who is boss, but don't let it get to violent.

Pecking order has already been established though! They've all been together for 2 weeks and ever since she got this thing, there's been conflict.
She's never had this before and I've seen her take dust baths!

I have had a chicken exactly like that happen to her what happened is she got pecked and blood spreads inside of her eye and that's color that it makes on the outside mine got better within 5 days its nothing to be worried about

If you can, catch her and get a closer look. Do you see a small white line in the grey patch? It could be eye worm.

Sorry
I found a vet and am taking her on Monday. My mom thinks it's an eye infection because after rubbing her eye gently with a warm towel she felt better
Did you look at the pictures in the link? You could put some Neosporin ointment in her eye twice a day for now which may help. There is a worm that can affect the eye, but it can be seen in the eye, and is 1/8 inch long. It is common in tropical areas where there are Surinam cockroaches since they are intermediate hosts of the worm. Valbazen 1/2 ml into the eye, and 1/2 by mouth, then repeat in 10 days is the treatment for Manson eyeworm.
