Thanks. Maybe it is the novelty, but when I see them come up for sale at auctions, they always sell well. I like the looks of it.
I'll have to see what I can find out online about what happens when that pattern is bred. I have only seen it in nubians. I wonder if it shows up in other goat breeds?

I love the spots on Huck. Gorgeous! I would love to find a doe that looks like him.

I have 3 Nubians now, two big brown does, like the ones in your first picture, and a little red roan buckling, who's a month and half old, but bigger then my Nigerian Doe.

Planning on kids for next Spring. Woohoo!

I've had a good kidding season so far ... 2 bucklings, and 3 doelings so far ~ 1 more doe left to kid.
Next year we'll have alot more babies - we only had 4 pregnant does this year - next year we'll have atleast 7 does bred to kid. We have 14 goats total - but alot of those are youngins ... plus 3 bucks.

My doe that's left to kid for this kidding season is in the kid pen now - she should be going soon. I'm anxious to see what she has, she's one of my moonspotted nubian girls

kstaven, you must have a solid gold buck then! Throw all does, that's crazy.. I guess Karen's year is coming up, you can't have just all bucks all season long for several years, can you? LOL She fawns over the two little does that were born this year..
