I’ve been making grilled cheeses with Cabot Vermont sharp white cheddar. Sooooooo good LOL especially with tomato soup with milk instead of water LOL

2 cheese and I use MAYO instead of butter on the bread. Try it!

That sounds really good!!!! I’ve heard mayo makes it brown better.

I've used mayo when I've made a quesadilla. Mexican grilled cheese, because I could use corn tortillas.

Mayo is a absolutely better for grilled sandwiches of any kind.
We use olive oil on the tortillas.
