Grit question?

    If my chickens free range will i need to give them grit?

    Do they have access to any gravel,,like a gravel driveway? Cuz thats all grit is and thats what older farmers did.

    They do. Thanks a bunch you just saved me from spending money on something that i already have. lol

    None of my free ranging chickens ever get grit. They can always find enough grit and gravel by scratching around.

    So glad I found this! I have been wondering the same thing since we are free ranging for the first time.
