Any (correct size) grit will be fine. It's just crushed granite.

Brand doesn't matter. Probiotics in grit are to me, just a gimmick - not sure it does anything but I'm not paying extra for it either.

The most important thing is getting the right size for the size of your birds:

I think that after days or weeks of humidity and dew and such, the probiotics would be basically washed off.
