My gosh you must be cold....
It was probably in the low 30's when I went out this morning. And no it isn't that cold. I was in shorts and a tank top too.
Last year for Thanksgiving week we got a dumpload of snow. Very unusual for Seattle. I got really tired of coming into the house covered with snow- wet pantlegs, socks, water all over the floor. So I thought I wonder if I can make it to the coop and back barefoot. Amazingly it wasn't bad. This morning I also filled the birdfeeders when I was out there. The only time it felt cold was when I went into the shed for the birdseed. The wood floor was COLD.
As a kid in Alaska I used to go get the mail in the snow barefoot.
I'm not sure enjoying it is the right phrase. I have no choice so I am tolerating it with good humor. Want the rain back.
Imp- BTW- Here's another shot of the yard. There was 3 little birds in the branches, but even I can only see 1 in the picture.
