grocery bill, OMG!!

I have a family of 8 (though we only have 3 of the kids weekends). We spend about $300 a month... not counting eating out which varies.
I do shop at a discount grocery run by the Amish. You have to look for dates and bugs, etc but that is worth it to get the great deals.
I walk out of there with three carts FULL of groceries.

I also buy bulk when I can. We bought a slicer to be able to buy bulk cheese and veggie lunch meat and slice it ourselves. We are vegetarian so save the money on meats and actually make our own meat substitute. I don't use very many coupons since there are few for store brand items.

I second the Aldi's comments too. Milk for $2.29 a gallon! Can't beat it!

God has blessed us with opportunities for cheaper prices.

I have a family of 5 (sometimes 6 when my son's friend is here) and I spend that every couple weeks if not more shopping at the cheapest stores in my area.
