GROSS! Horse eye parasites! Eeew!

Oh my, thats got to be the nasty thing I've ever heard of. I've seen worms, but that would have been nasty!!!!!!!

A seemingly small problem can become a big one when it comes to a horse's eyes. They can get a condition called recurrent uveitis which can cause a lot of pain and leads to blindness. Talk to a vet, or several vets and make sure they focus on equines before you take any action. The cause of uveitis isn't entirely known, but parasites and inflammation are may be causes. I'm no expert on the disease but Its worth asking the vet about.
