I found in the past that old pill bottles worked better than a Ziploc bag. Maybe just a freak thing, but thought I'd mention it.Oh, also, I have sandwiched the seeds in layers of wet paper towel in a ziploc bag and have put the whole thing in a drawer to keep it dark. I'll report back on how many of what sprouted and how many did not this weekend when I take them out and look them over.
Interesting. Wonder why? Either way, this is a full paper towel so I doubt it would fit in a pill bottle.I found in the past that old pill bottles worked better than a Ziploc bag. Maybe just a freak thing, but thought I'd mention it.
Plastic storage containers work really good too! I use them all the timeI found in the past that old pill bottles worked better than a Ziploc bag. Maybe just a freak thing, but thought I'd mention it.
Now, I do want to get a bead organizer to keep seeds properly in the future. Number the lids and keep a cross reference as to what is in which container. Then you just dump the entire packet into the container and add the info from the seed pack onto the cross reference sheet and google anything that isn't on the packet (some of them are amazingly unhelpful packets)Plastic storage containers work really good too!
