Growing Brown Spot on Face

Recently I've noticed two little brown dots on the faces of my eldest hens. Although the first's spot went away, I looked at the second's face recently and saw that the l

ittle dot in the first picture, had expanded into the second. I've had her for over a year now and I've ever seen this before. What is it?

Is she acting lethargic at all? If not I wouldn't worry about it, it could be just from old age.

I don't think she's been. She's still running around like her usual self, but she's only a year and a half.
