growing own feed for laying

What can i grow in the garden for for my chickens as feed. Is there anything that I can use as a supplement to layer pellets that will give me the safe benefits? I have a reasonable size back yard so size isnt an issue. They have just started laying so we are still using finishing pellets at the moment but would be looking to move to layers with the next bag

im not computer literate so i'll say this ......if you click on feeding and watering your flock,,,,, the first thread (i think ) is a list of treats you can provide for your birds .....some of them you can grow and some you gotta buy ....good luck !!!!!and welcome to byc !!
