Growing sprouts or fodder? C'mon in!

I planted this in one of the raised beds, approximately 7'x4'. It sprouted in 3 days.

I should have fenced off the bed, but didn't, and they've been grazing away on it. They've eaten maybe 50% of it? - I'm guessing the stuff that they found tasty.

I might have to try this!
