Grown hen and hard poop

Hi All, I have a BLRW hen...about 1 year old. This morning I noticed she had a lot of poop on her bottom. With further inspection I picked her up to see there was a large hard chunk stuck to her but. I was able to gently pull that away and with further inspection noticed the vent seemed to still have a large amount of poop coming out or "sitting there". I didn't poke around but it didn't appear hard just open and there. I soaked her in warm water and have separated her. Any idea why this is or what could be going on?

What do you feed her?
