Growth between legs. Egg bound?

My 3 year old hen has a large growth between her legs. She isn't acting sickly or like she's in pain. We've seen her poop. She's running around and eating and drinking. But it looks like an egg is stuck. We've been treating her for 3 days like she's egg bound, 20 minute soaks in warm Epsom salt water and added calcium to her diet, along with petroleum jelly around her vent.
Any ideas?

Looks like a herniation of the egg tract, if a vet isn't available, I'd put her down, I'm very sorry.
