Growth on chicks beak

That looks like it could be a squamous cell cancer. Do you have an avian vet in your town?

How long has that been there? Is the left nostril open or clogged up with that material? Does it seem like secretions mixed with food and dirt? What does the inside of the beak look like? I would try putting a few drops of hydrogen peroxide on the material to wet it and let it soak for about 10 minutes, and get help to hold it. Then see if it is pliable or if you can remove some of it. This may need to be repeated a few times.

If it is not built up secretions, I also think that could be a tumor. But try to soften it a little and check it out.
