No they have never had vaccinations. besides medicated starter feed when they were chicks, they have just had layer feed and they free range during the day.
Are there vaccinations I should be giving?

A Mareks vaccine is usually offered when buying chicks from a hatchery. Many chose not to get the vaccine, but if there is Mareks disease in your area, chickens can get it. I have both vaccinated and unvaccinated chickens, and haven't seen it yet. But since it causes tumors, I wanted to make you aware of it.
