Growth on Wattle

Hi. This is Rosie, one of the hens at our sanctuary. This growth has come up over the last few weeks. Its rate of growth has increased a lot in the last week. I thought it was fluid-filled, but it is hard. It doesn't seem painful when I touch it, but it is starting to impede her ability to eat. Any ideas of what it could be and what I can do? Do you think its something a vet could remove?

That'll probably depend on the individual vet, do you have an exotics vet nearby you can take her to?

The only exotic vet I know if about an hour away. There's a large/small animal vet too.. Maybe I should call them both and see if that's something they might be able to treat.
