I don't know what is on the chickens foot. Anyone have an idea?

By looking at the bottom, do you still think it is bumblefoot?

I think so, can you get any closer photos. How long has it been like this?

Bumblefoot isn't always in the bottom of the foot. It's likely that there was a sore or scrape on top of the foot and that got infected.
