Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
One of my hens has developed a growth under her beak. It has a fairly hard consistency. It is growing quickly. Any ideas of what it is or what i should do?

Can you get better pictures of it, closer and from different directions?

It is starting to displace her lower beak.
