Grr, why is this happening

@aart about ventilation for next year. I am wondering if baffling the large windows on the front and the back with clear polycarbonate panels to replace the plastic similar to what is done with plexiglass in this thread https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/one-easy-way-to-add-draft-free-ventilation.1274427/. Will baffling give me enough ventilation but prevent drafts and snow?

I like this one on the peak, but would put stand offs on the window below as it's not letting any air in.

You'd have to play with your ventilation to decide the best place to put baffles.
