In AZ, we have what I call a mad DH with a .45, but that's only if I don't beat him out there.

There was a field worker using my fence to dry his galoshes out. My dogs didn't like it, so barked and barked. Guy started beating his galoshes on the fence at my dogs. I yelled at the guy and he smirked. I reappeared holding a .38 and the guy decided that was a good time to leave.

my dad had a similar problem, the old neighbor who was a friend had a christmas tree farm bordering dads property. One year he accidentially planted trees on part of it, no big deal we got a free tree every year. Fast forward to several years ago when he sold the property to someone else. He says he told him where the property line is but this guy keeps pulling out the no tresspassing signs on the property line and placing them where HE thinks the line is. My dad and uncle just kept putting them back, they talked to the guy and he says he is right. So the next year when it came time to plow the fields dad plowed right up to the true property line and I dont think the guy has said any thing since. The only real way to resolve it is to have a surveyor come out and stake the property line and that costs a couple bucks. I would tear down his fence and repair yours, put up no tresspassing signs and take pictures of him on your property. Do you have state police near by to call, tell them the local law is related to the guy and he wont do anything, then show them the deed and the photos.
