that first one was kind of a joke but... it could be used to help him get used to carrying a basket.

good luck if you dont' send him my way

Sweetie, I have buried two children. An infant daughter and a 7 year old daughter.
Dropping eggs is a memory you will treasure. Trust me. These days I treasure the temper tantrums and roughest times. When loved ones are gone there are very few times viewed as a bad memory.

Take pictures of his innocent little mistakes so when he catches the football and scores a winning touchdown you can show him the "egg days "and keep him humble.
Love and peace mama.

Mine just dropped the whole carton on the way into the house from the store. The dog ran over to eat them, and wanting his pup to be happy, the kidlet promptly broke open the eggs that survived the initial drop.

We came back out to grab the rest of the groceries, and found him giggling, covered in egg and doggie kisses, and completely unrepentant.

It's amazing the trouble a two year old can cause in fifteen seconds.

Just remember...someday they may well have kids of their own. When they call you to complain about the trouble their kid has got his or her self into, you can sit back with a smug smile on your face and take joy in the fact that karma can be a real stinker.

Today, my 2 year old opened the fridge and intentionally took out the eggs and dropped them.

I don't remember what my 4 year old was doing, oh yes, tantrum because I told her that her sandbox shovel was too small to clean the turkey house out with.

Clearly, they are their father's children!
