grrr...kid related

I must confess. I am 47 years old, and I drop eggs sometimes. It's only when I forget my basket though. Get the kid a basket or a plastic sand pail. Put some easter grass in the bottom to give the eggs a soft landing.

Wow! He only drops one??

I hope that someday I'll be as good as the young-un in question! Sometimes I'm a real fumble fingers! Even after 25 years I've still got defensive lineman hands...

If I had a kid who dropped at least one egg a day, I'd sell him on the closest child auction. You might get enough to pay for the lost eggs, but not likely; egg droppers don't bring much.

Sillly, you put him in nice cloths and mention nothing about the egg dropping issues, the new parents will discover that soon enough, and who knows if they dont have chickens it may not even be an issue.

I think that at two years of age, your child is doing good to get ANY of the eggs in the house.

Its good that your kids are taking interest in chickens. Kids nowadays dont know as much about chickens.
