The ads for Grubblies, which are soldier fly larva, say that they are high in calcium. Are they safe to feed to non-laying chickens?
Grubblies - are they a good snack?

I feed them to chicks and hens. Calcium content isn't that high. I feed them sparingly, like maybe 2 Tbsp for 11 birds every other day.
