Sounds like you certainly have a lot going on in your life! Like your wife, I squeal with delight when I find eggs too (we are getting 5 a day now from 8 pullets....woohoo!) and love anything little. You will never regret helping your aging and ailing parents. Mine have been gone for several years and I still miss them.
