I am having trouble seeing that chick's comb clearly--it looked a bit like a pea comb, based on what I saw, and those those are the only pea comb breeds in the list.
Clearly, I must have gotten the comb wrong.

You are right on the comb but there is one more breed that has that kind of comb!

A bird cannot have a pea comb unless at least one parent also had a pea comb.
The comb types of every bird on your list:

Single Comb:
Ayam Cemani (either gender)
High Line Brown
Buff Orpington
Speckled Sussex
Barred Rock
Australorp
Brown Leghorn
Welsummer
Rode Island Red/Buff Orpington
Maran
Cinnamon Queen

Rose Comb:
Gold Lace Wyandotte
Dominique
Silver Lace Wyandotte

Pea Comb:
Ameraucana
Araucana
Rode Island Red/Ameraucana

So if chick #3 does have a pea comb, either it has one parent that is Ameraucana, Araucana, or the Ameraucana-cross rooster; or one of your chickens has a comb type that is wrong for its breed.

You posted a photo yesterday, labelled "Chick 2." That chick has a rose comb.
The comb is black, the chick has black and silver feathers, and is Ayam Cemani x Silver Laced Wyandotte.

Did you accidentally have a mis-match of photos and labels?
