Guess my breeds (I do know what they are)

Chick 1. Gold Lace Wyandotte rooster and Sussex hen
Chick 2. Ayam Cemani rooster and Silver Lace Wyandotte hen
Chick 3. Ayam Cemani rooster and Sussex!

So chick 2 has a rose comb and chick 3 has a single comb.
With a Wyandotte father, I would have expected chick 1 to have a rose comb, but the photo makes it pretty clear it has a single comb (I know some wyandottes carry the gene for single comb, so that's probably what happened.)

That was fun, thanks for posting! If you don't mind, does anyone want to try and guess my chick? It's a tough one. If you need hints let me know.

Purebred or cross? If it's purebred, I think it's a Buff Brahma (unless you found a Partridge Brahma or an even rarer color of Brahma.)

Cross. You're actually pretty close.

Maybe a cross with a Buff Brahma father and a Light Brahma mother? If so, it's probably a pullet.

I'm pretty sure I see a pea comb, and I certainly see feathered feet, which only leaves so many options. (Unless you've been crossing Cochins with Cornish, but I think the feet are too feathery for that cross.)

The sire was a buff brahma bantam.
Here is my list of hens : Black Australorp, Silver Laced Wyandotte, Blue laced red wyandotte, Partridge Cochin, Golden Laced Wyandotte, a barred mix, and a mix that resembles a brown leghorn.
Edited to add, we also have a Black Jersey Giant.
