Got this chicken in a bym with Golden Comet, Buff Orpington, Barred Rock withan Australorp roo. This rooster is 10 weeks now, what breed are you thinking?

Got this chicken in a bym with Golden Comet, Buff Orpington, Barred Rock withan Australorp roo. This rooster is 10 weeks now, what breed are you thinking?

Check the underside of his feet. If they are pinkish white, then he could be a pure Marans, which don't always have feathered legs from hatcheries. If the undersides of the feet show any yellow coloring, then he could be one of the hatchery hybrids using Marans, like Midnight Majesty or olive egger.

Since he's a mix, it wouldn't be a "breed".
But I'm thinking his mother could've been the Golden Comet.
