Guess Some of Our Girls Are Getting Old

Over the last few months we've lost about 5 of our oldest hens. No sign of disease or trauma, just dead. It happens.

We'll be replacing them.

How old were they? My original group are 3 1/2 now and a couple of the hens are starting to look older in the face. I don't know if I should consider them "old" now or not.
