Yep, another TSC mystery bantam. She's got feathered feet and is a tiny thing. No extra toes, definitely not a silkie. Here's a body shot:

Google porcelain d'uccle... Looks like one I got from tsc.

I was leaning that way, and maybe also towards lavender d'uccle, since her feathers are more 'blue' in person than they appear in the pictures.

I have 2 that look similar, from good ole TRACTOR SUPPLY!!!!!!!
But I also had people guess Buff Brahma's ....these are very tiny Banatm's....so D'Uccles perhapse?

Looking at your guy's comb, it's not a brahma. Brahmas have pea combs Also, I have a buff brahma chick right now, and they are MUCH darker, even black in places. I'm really thinking d'uccle for my girl. In fact, I checked in at the D'uccle thread and they told me she was a porcelain d'uccle, so that's what I'm going with!

This baby looks an awful lot like a buff Cochin to me. They are tiny, round babies. Sweetie pies too, I just picked up two black Cochin bantam and aside from color, they look just like your chick! Nikki
