TO BE FAIR:

I know BCO is not incorporated as a CITY...so:

Fort Lauderdale is the county seat, Cackiling Hen & Rocky Phoenix get a 3-month GFM too.

And since Sonew DID list it first, she gets a 3-month GFM as well.
