Hi everyone! What are we supposed to do?

You guess the breed an sometimes they come in different colors if that's the case you add the color too! If you guess right you get to post a picture of a chicken and someone else guesses!

I'll give you a hint: It's from my corner of the world. Internationally it's usually mentioned with the country's name first. That should narrow down your search anyway.

Used to know most breeds by memory years ago (I had strange teenage hobbies), but now I need to check the Poultry Standards book, which happen to sit on the living room book shelf... that or the Feather Site.

It's a super-rare breed in the US, so no wonder. Um... I don't know how to give any more hints without saying what it is.
It's an old breed, descendants from chickens the Vikings kept.
