Could the white one e a Califonia White? I have 2, but they are not that speckled, but have seen pictures of more speckled ones!

Where did you get them?
You said they are supposed to be rare breeds, right? RIR and production reds are not rare. Neither are EEs.
I'm going to say you were right about the buckeye.
I think the white one is a Delaware.

Your Barenvelder might be a Fayoumis or Campine.
Maybe your feathered legged one is a wheaten marans.

Update! My chicks have grown, so I thought I would show you guys.

I have a buff brahma, golden cuckoo marans, delaware, barnevelder, buckeye, and the little yellow chick is still a mystery so far.
