UPDATE! I finally got enough milk out of her to test and today her milk is FINALLY starting to turn opaque. She tested at 7.8 PH and 250 Hardness, which is close to where she should be . We are slated for chances of rain today through tomorrow , I have not checked the barometer, but it is considerably cooler than yesterday at this time, so maybe, just maybe we are making progress.
She is more elongated in the back and she has been doing some serious rolling the last 2 days.

LOL - I thought about guessing today because it's my daughter's birthday, but I guessed the 16th because I was SURE she wouldn't hold out this long!!! Good luck! (Unofficial guess now - tomorrow am (5:45) - obviously not in the running!)
