I'm so sorry! It's easy to get attached; they're such sweet birds. We lost ours way too young to pneumonia. They're very sensitive to drafts it seems so maybe just being outdoors was too much? No matter what it was, I know it still hurts.

aaaawwww what a sweet young bird...it is still young. You will probably find the owners close to you because I am willing to bet it is a hand fed baby that got a taste of flight and cannot navigate home.
