Guinea eggs hatching really early?

My first time incubating eggs. Using a Hovabator 1533 with auto turner. I ended with 31 fertile out of 45. Today is day 18. Temp is 99.5 and humidity has been around 38. I just upped it to 48 as some say higher and some say lower.
My question is some look really far along and I think 1 is pipping! I did have them on the counter and it was warm in the house, could some be almost ready? I dont lock down till day 25.

Are you positive they're guinea eggs? Do you have any chickens whose eggs you may have mistaken as guinea eggs?

Any chance a hen was sitting on them before you took them?

Okay, I was wrong. It was poop on the egg! I just hadnt noticed it before. Yes, I feel stupid. Goodness! Thanks everyone!
