Guinea fowl sick!

Hello I need help figured out what’s wrong with my female guinea.
Symptoms: labored breathing, chest very bubbled like fluid filled. Walking very low to ground like.
My first thought was sour crop but not sure with her very labored breathing and he funny way of walking. Still had an appetite.

A fluid filled crop can cause gurgling and sometimes breathing problems, especially if the bird has aspirated some fluids.

Re-check the crop in the morning.

You mention she is walking funny - does she need to lay an egg? I'd be inclined to try to get some Calcium Citrate+D3 into her if possible.
