guinea hatched at day 21 instead of 28 help

I've hatched a few clutches before but this time I have had one egg hatch and I still have 7 days left on the timer. Should I got to lock down now?

update: its been 3 days and nohing else hatched.. I am concerned the eggs in lock down are not being rotated... should I out them back in the incubator with the egg turner?
