Guinea hen setting on nest should i let her?

There are around 20 eggs in that nest in the coop, and yes - there are 2 mothers on the nest - they have shared it for the past month, very odd!

I had another 2 hatch late yesterday afternoon, I found one on the floor of the coop away from the nest, poor little scrap was very weak, brought it inside and set up an ICU, but it didn't make it - guess the mothers threw it out as they knew something was wrong with it

So, I'll see what happens today, its just so exciting seeing who emerges from under the hens when they get off the nest for food and water!

Mine have taken over one of the nesting boxes in my chicken coop which I'm happy about because I know they are safe. The eggs keep rotting, do they not rotate their eggs? Does anyone know? I wish I had pulled them and incubated them because they started with 30 or so and now are down to 10. They are so aggressively protective of their nest, it's hard to get to involved.

Yes, they are first time layers.....I was so excited that they didn't lay their eggs in the woods that I didn't expect anything more from them, but they haven't hatched out any, (I found a dead one, but that was it.)

I went in their nest to pull out the chicken eggs and one of their eggs exploded! Yuk!

I hatched out 5 Guinea Keets so far, two more are pipped and one is doing nothing!

They're aren't due till Friday so we'll see what happens!

3 Pearl, 2 Pied.

10 more Guinea eggs are due next week, hopeing for a good hatch rate on them as well!
