Okay, I have chickens and my guinea trio are in the coop with them and I just let the mama hens hatch out about 30 chicks out and I have lost a bunch (about 12) to cats, cold storms, and bad mothers. Well I have one little female chick that is about 5-6 weeks and she's always had distinctive (and unusual) markings. She's a gorgeous red and black but she's got the barred stripes on her feathers?? ;)

Not a hybrid. Looks like an Easter egger pullet. Hybrids normally have a bald head, but not always. There are a couple of threads on here from some members who have had them.

I don't have any Americaunas other than a baby at bout 7 weeks old (I bought 24 and I asked my family to help me with the incubator and well.. they didn't and only 3 hatched and then of course I got 2 hens and a roo and the two hens decided to disappear on me and he's all I have left. But he's my only Easter egger

Hello:
I too do not think this is a hybrid. There are lots of "funny" looking chicks hatched from parents that have a gene setting that when combined produces a once in a while strange looking chick.
I would search this sight for Guinea/Chicken Hybrids and take a close look at the pictures posted.
