Guinea not laying

I haven't looked to thoroughly, but there are some areas where I think she could hide a nest that I need to start checking.
He's not kidding about 1st time layers dropping anywhere. I can't tell you how many I came across that 1st yr on the sidewalk, in the drive, etc. You could try keeping her locked in for a few days until she gets the hang of it. Internet will tell you until noon, but her 1st year, one would trot back to the coop every day at 4 pm. She'd run in, drop an egg,then run back out. That was before she got wise to her eggs being taken & started hiding nests. This year she's in the flower bed, so she's managed to find a happy balance between secluded but safer.
