Guinea Pig question, has anyone else experienced this?

Got the girls separated last night finally. Gave Blackberry (well both of them) a big pile of hay, full bowl of pellets, and a carrot. 5 hours later the carrot was gone as well as most of the hay! Princess didn't finish her carrot so I gave that to BB too and it was gone this morning with the rest of the hay. Guess that answered the question of why she was thin! Dang porker piggie....
