guinea that calls all day and night

One of my 15 guineas calls all the time, nearly nonstop, all day and all night except for a few hours sleep. Is this normal behavior?

I've found some of my hens to be a lot noisier than others. When I got my first guineas it seemed like one of them never shut up. So her name became Windy! But these noisy periods don't seem to last more than a few weeks and then they just sing occasionally. She may just be letting the boys know that she is available.
