I put a black mark on her belly fuzz to tell her apart from the others when she is finally up to speed so I can seperate her from the others when they sell.

I am sooooo glad the little one is pulling through! My little duck is doing well too. I will try to get a pic posted soon. I am on the laptop and it won't let me load photos.

Good morning all!
Well for starters, I checked on Precious (my weak sick keet) and I'm happy to report, she is 100 percent recovered! I couldn't tell her apart from the other, she was so busy running around eating & playing with the others!
Second, we have 4 pips from the second set of eggs! The last 3 eggs from the first set still have no activity what so ever, may be duds.
I have a total so far of 18 happy healthy keets for now!

yay precious!!! my weak one was up and running this morning. so funny how they can do that. well my fun is over but at least you still have some more. can't wait for pics of the new batch.

Quick update! We had gone into town from 10-3 and while we were out, so came 2 keets from the second set. These eggs came from "Neilb." A third one is in the process now! They look like pearls but Neil said they're from a Slate & White pair.

Yay Precious!!! I am so happy the little one is better. Glad to hear about the second set of eggs hatching too! Keep the updates coming! I will post pics of my duckling tomorrow and then I have 10 Silver Sebright eggs going in the bator!

Well I think were done! I had the last two hatch last night bring the total to 27. I candled the last 8 (3 from first batch & 5 from the second, doesn't appear to active life within.

It seems to be a good turn out none the less!
18 from original 26 (1st set) and 9 from 19 (2nd set) now we'll see how the sell to determine whether I continue this season or wait till next year.

Yep! got up this morning a 6:30 and there she was! #28!
Hope I'll be able to find homes for them all...
